Consultations
We require a complimentary consultation for all first time guests. This takes 15 minutes to discuss your hair goals and determine the proper amount of time to schedule for your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require a valid credit card to be held on file to book appointments. We ask that you give 24 hours notice for all regular scheduled appointments to avoid the cancelation fee of 50%. For appointments that are scheduled for 3 hours or more, we ask for 48 hours notice.
No-Show Policy
No call no shows will not be allowed to book any future appointments.
